Refund and Returns Policy

Overview:

  • At “KAIZEN POOL“, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange.
  • Our  returns policy last 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds:

  • Refund available in  Damages and issues case only
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {info@kaizenpool.com}.

  • If you would like to exchange your purchase, you may do so within 1-2 days of receipt.
  • The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
  • We will cover the cost of shipping for the exchanged item.

  • We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).
  • Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 1-2 business days.
