Standard Shipping: 

All orders will be shipped via standard shipping and typically arrive within minimum and maximum delivery timeline (for domestic 5-7) Standard shipping is free for Domestic order.

  • Expedited Shipping: For an additional fee, customers can choose to have their orders shipped via expedited shipping, which typically arrives within 3-5 business days.
  • Please note that all of our products are made to order, so please allow 1-2 days for processing before your order is shipped.
  • We take great care to ensure that your purchase arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Payment Policy:

  • Our payment policy at “KAIZEN POOL” is designed to provide a secure and convenient shopping experience for our customers. We accept the following forms of payment:
  • Credit and debit cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All credit and debit card transactions are processed through a secure and encrypted payment gateway.

UPI/ CREDIT OR  DEBIT CARD:

  • We accept payments through UPI, which allows customers to pay with their online payment gateway with a credit or debit card.

Bank transfer:

  • Customers can also make payments via bank transfer. Please contact us for more information on this option.

COD(Cash on delivery):

 Currently Not Available.

  • We also offer a cash delivery option for our customers, in which they can pay the amount at the time of delivery. (only Domestic)
  • All payments must be made in [INR].
  • We also have a return policy, in which if customers are not satisfied with the product they can return it 
  • Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order that appears to be fraudulent or suspicious. If an order is cancelled, we will notify the customer by email and issue a refund.
